Waiter or Waitress (Part-Time: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Day and Evening Shifts
Expected job duties include:

Greeting customers, taking and serving their orders

Having a basic knowledge of the menu and daily specials

Running food and facilitating the filling of drink orders from the bar

Performing side work (brewing coffee, rolling silverware, restocking the service area, check what is needed for the next shift, etc.)

Other duties assigned by management
Cooks (Part-Time: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Day and Evening Shifts
Expected job duties include:

Prepare food items according to recipes and standards, taking pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment

Prepare sauces, soups, as well as hot and cold items in accordance with Red Brick Cafe menu specifications

Follows any recipes to prepare food items accordingly

Prepares appetizers, salads, entrees both hot and cold
-
Bake, Broil, Sauté, Grill, Braise, Steam all varieties of ingredients
-
Present food using proper plate presentation techniques
-
Coordinate completion of menu items with serve
Banquet Manager (Part-Time: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Day and Evening Shifts
Expected job duties include:

Assist with pre-event setup and post-event clean up and break-down
-
Provide onsite event coordination and supervision during events
-
Ensure guest and vendor compliance with rules of the venue during events
-
Manage the day-of coordination and direction of vendors (i.e. caterers, bands, florists, DJs, other talent, etc.)
-
Ability to handle onsite inquiries and issues as they arise during an event
